About
20+ Years of Getting It Right
The guy behind The Maintenance Department — and why no job is too small.
Meet Jason
Why The Maintenance Department?
I've worked in construction and maintenance, off and on, my whole life. I did construction in my 20s, remodeled my own homes, worked maintenance for the State, and served as the go-to maintenance guy for several local businesses. Along the way, I became a pro at inspecting homes and businesses for problems and fixing them before they turn into emergencies.
I've always liked being the one people call when something needs fixing, and answering the phone as “The Maintenance Department” always had a ring to it. There's nothing more satisfying than finishing a job and knowing it was done right.
I also noticed that most general contractors chase the big jobs, leaving homeowners and businesses with no one to call for everything else. I want to be that contractor for you. From small handyman jobs to full remodels, you'll get service you won't find anywhere else.
I've lived in the Willapa Harbor area most of my life and raised my family here. I know a lot of people in the area, and a lot of people know me, so my reputation, honesty and integrity mean everything to me.
For now, it's just me, and I'll do my best to knock out your whole honey-do list and then some. As the business grows, I plan to add services like appliance repair and sales, electrical, plumbing and HVAC, so The Maintenance Department becomes the call for all your maintenance needs.
You may already know our family from our music (we still play!). Now you'll know us by our business, too. Call The Maintenance Department today!

Shortcuts come back to bite you. Every job gets done the way I'd want it done in my own house.
Respect Your Home
Shoes off when needed, drop cloths down, and I leave the place cleaner than I found it.
